Terms And Conditions

  a). As a standard policy we require a 100% advance 30 days prior to guest arrival. 

  b).Cancellation of a Guaranteed Reservation by (TA Voucher) between 30 to 10 days of the arrival date will incur retention charges equivalent to one night’s accommodation.

 c). Cancellation of a Guaranteed Reservation less than 10 days prior to arrival, retention equivalent to total room nights booked will be charged.

 d). Incase of early departure, retention to balance room nights will be levied.

 e). Incase of NO SHOW, retention equivalent to total room nights booked will be charged.
